Introduction

In the University system of Maryland (USM), the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) represents the benchmark of Maryland’s public health, law, and human services. Maryland's health care, human services, and law professional degrees are mostly awarded by 6 professional schools and the interdisciplinary Graduate School each year. The collaboration between UNICAM and UMB started in 2015 and the participation in this project will realistically boost mobility between us.

The collaboration between UNICAM and the University of Cincinnati (UC) dates to a few years ago, thanks to mutual scientific interests already included in the Erasmus+ KA171/22 funded project. UC is dedicated to undergraduate, graduate, and professional education, experience-based learning, and research. Thanks to the E+ KA171/22 project, a preliminary set of research activities has been established. This new proposal aims at implementing the already established research programme by addressing possible enhancement effects of novel antitumor drugs by dietary supporting plans.

The collaboration between the UNICAM School of Architecture and Design and the University of Oregon, School of Architecture & Environment (UO-AE), which is nationally recognized for its innovation and sustainability research, started under the Italy-U.S. research project ReLand, where IT and US teams exchanged lessons learned and best practices to support risk reduction in Central Italy. The Department of Landscape Architecture at UO-AE, an intrinsic component of the College of Design, has evolved over 100 years, tracing the program's roots to the oldest landscape degree program west of the Mississippi, which began in 1911. This collaboration can be particularly relevant for launching the new UNICAM Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture at UNICAM named “PAIS - PAesaggio Innovazione Sostenibilità''
