PRELIMINARY EVALUATION APPLICATION FOR PRE-ADMISSION - ACADEMIC YEAR 25/26
The new pre-admission procedure will be available from 20th November 2024 till 31st March 2025.
Estimated time for the evaluation: 3/4 weeks.
[offices are closed from 20 December 2024 till 06 January 2025 for Christmas Holiday. The evaluation of candidacies will be paused in this period. The estimated time for evaluation has to take this into account.]

1. REGISTER IN OUR DATABASE at this link
Please mind to fill in the registration form with your personal information as indicated in your passport and enter correctly your citizenship and permanent address.
The system will send you credentials (username and password). Please keep them on mind, it is NOT POSSIBLE to recover them!
2. ENTER YOUR PROFILE AND GO ON WITH YOUR APPLICATION "DOMANDA DI VALUTAZIONE PREVENTIVA" at this link
On the basis of the chosen progamme, requirements could change. Please check our country based requirements list.

For courses taught in English applicants can upload one of the following certificates (not mandatory): Cambridge, IELTS, TOEFL.
For courses taught in Italian applicants must upload an official certificate of proficiency at level min. B1
Make sure you have filled in all the mandatory fields and upload all the relevant documents. If even one mandatory document is missing, the application will be rejected.
If you are still studying or waiting for your final qualification, provisional documents can be uploaded, but the official/final version is required at the moment of the final enrolment.
Submit your application and pay the fee of 20€. Application received without finalizing the payment will not be taken into account. The application fee is non-refundable.
Please note that due to a technical issue the system shows a.y. 2024/2025.
In any case, this application is valid for the academic year 2025/2026.
3. WAIT FOR THE EVALUATION RESULT
Once the Scientific Committee evaluates your profile, you will receive a notification about the result.
Then, the Welcome Office will send you further information about procedures to follow after the preliminary evaluation.
PLEASE MIND
The positive outcome of the preliminary evaluation for pre-admission DOES NOT imply any final enrolment. UNICAM reserves the right to reject and not to finalize the enrolment until all the mandatory documents are supplied.
The eligibility for the enrolment DOES NOT grant any automaticity in the issuance of the study visa, which is exclusive responsibility of the Italian Diplomatic Authority.
